"Care Assistants (Redditch)"
Responsibilities
- CARE – To provide personal, domestic, and social care to a high standard. This is to be in line with the procedures and the high standards of Kingfisher Care Services. We provide a high level of care to allow elderly and disabled people to live safely, in their own homes for as long as possible.
Such tasks are listed in the Kingfisher procedure manual, and may include assisting with:

- PROFESSIONALISM – To abide by the highest standards of behaviour always, in line with the Kingfisher Code of Conduct.
- SELF-DEVELOPMENT – To take advantage of Kingfishers training opportunities. To also register and qualify in your NVQ at the earliest opportunity.
- LIASON – To report information, when appropriate to the coordinator and/or manager.
